Bolero is a Spanish-flavored and seductive orchestral piece written for a ballet commissioned by a Russian actress and dancer. Finally, the theatrical Petrushka is Stravinsky’s ballet that tells a story of loves and jealousies from an interesting point of view. All are brought to the stage by the BVSO in a night of outstanding live music from the ballet and opera.
